Ostravar arena
Visitors can enter OSTRAVAR ARENA at least 1 hour before the event starts. We hereby request that visitors make a sufficient time cushion for getting to the event.

Ticket sales (from Závodní Street) - tel.: +420 596 707 134, opening hours on business days and on event days 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. The pre-sales ticket office is not open during the summer holidays.
All entrances to the OSTRAVAR ARENA are barrier-free. There is a wheelchair accessible sanitary facility in the vestibule. Places for disabled persons are located on a ramp in front of stand B8, or individually according to the type of event and hall configuration. The maximum number of places is 17 + places for accompanying persons.

There are 959 parking spaces + 51 spaces for disabled persons available in the car parks at the OSTRAVAR ARENA.
Visitors can also park their cars in the car park by the City Stadium, as well as inside the City Stadium premises in the case of some events, on the premises of VÍTKOVICE, a.s., by the Vítkovice railway station, etc.
TRAVELLING BY CAR
In the direction from the D1 motorway, Havířov, Frýdek-Místek and Opava, it is best to drive along Rudná Street, then along Závodní Street. SPORT ARENA signs guide visitors to the arena from all directions. The car parks by the OSTRAVAR ARENA are accessible from Závodní Street.
